Giovanni is a shareholder at the firm whose practice is focused in the area of construction. During his twenty plus year legal career, he has been involved in hundreds of complex, multiparty lawsuits where seven and eight figure damages were often claimed. He is experienced in all types of construction defect claims as well as professional standard of care claims involving design professionals. He also handles lien claims as well as contract drafting for his clients. Giovanni represents home owners, commercial business owners, developers, roadway contractors, utility contractors, residential and commercial contractors as well as subcontractors. He also regularly litigates claims filed with the American Arbitration Association taking numerous cases to a favorable Final Award. Giovanni also handles commercial litigation cases involving breach of contract, business torts, trade secrets and deceptive and unfair trade practices.
