Will Gibbs is a Partner at Orr Cook in the Real Estate Practice Group. Will represents clients in a wide range of commercial real estate matters, land use and entitlement matters, and business transactions. Will counsels developers, investors, and lenders in the acquisition, disposition, financing, and development of commercial and residential real property, including subsurface/mineral rights issues, distressed asset sales, and title insurance. He represents landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions. He also brings experience in corporate formation and general business law to the firm, including the formation and administration of commercial property owners’ association.

Will is a Jacksonville native and attended the University of Florida for undergraduate studies and law school. Will is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, North Florida Chapter.
