Taylor is a partner and works in the Firm’s construction law practice, with an emphasis on construction litigation and arbitration.  Prior to pursuing a career in law, Taylor owned and/or partnered in various small businesses and also served in the Army National Guard as an AH-64D Apache helicopter mechanic.

Taylor earned his Juris Doctor degree with honors from Florida Coastal School of Law and was awarded five book awards during his studies there. While in law school, he had the honor of serving as a research assistant for two semesters to law professor Gregory C. Pingree. Taylor also completed an internship in the legal department at Regency Centers Corporation – a Jacksonville-based real estate investment trust that develops, owns, and operates grocery-anchored retail centers. In his final semester as a law student, Taylor had the distinct privilege of serving as a judicial intern to The Honorable Timothy J. Corrigan, a United States District Court Judge for the Middle District of Florida.

In his free time, Taylor enjoys a variety of hobbies, including fishing, hunting, cooking, leather crafting, beekeeping, and gardening, to name a few.
