Matthew Goller is an associate attorney with Orr | Cook who focuses on serving the litigation needs of northeast Florida’s business community.  A native of northeast Florida, Matt graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University College of Law and is a member of the Order of the Coif.  While a student, Matt completed a clerkship with the Office of General Counsel to Governor Rick Scott.  Matt is also a former summer associate of the Firm.

Prior to joining the Firm, Matt worked as an associate in a large, multi-state law firm, gaining experience with real estate and construction disputes, financial services litigation, and other commercial and business matters.  He also has experience regarding foreclosures, bankruptcies, and other employment and contract litigation.

Outside of his legal work, Matt volunteers with Florida American Legion Boys State, which provides civic leadership training to rising high school seniors.  In his spare time, Matt enjoys running, spending time outdoors, and cheering on his Florida State Seminoles.
