Graham Smith has a diverse range of expertise in real estate and business law, underpinned by a strong foundation in both transactional and litigation practices. His experience includes counseling real estate owners and developers regarding the design, development, and construction of complex residential, commercial, and mixed use real estate projects, advising lenders and national financial services organizations on lender liability, regulatory and consumer protection claims, and helping business owners and stakeholders navigate a wide variety of risks and disputes. Pairing a law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law with a master of business administration (MBA) from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, Graham approaches legal challenges with a strategic business perspective and searches for creative solutions that maximize value.

Prior to Orr Cook, Graham worked at a large international law firm and a litigation boutique, and externed for two federal judges (while in law school). Before law school, Graham received a strong liberal arts education at Davidson College, where he majored in History.
