Erin Perry is a partner at Orr | Cook. She has practiced in Jacksonville since 2007 and is an experienced litigator.

She obtained her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Florida and is a proud “Double Gator.” After graduating from law school in 2007, she worked as an Assistant State Attorney for the Fourth Judicial Circuit. During her time there, she was promoted to a circuit court division chief, tried over 65 cases to verdict, and prosecuted violent crimes. She was appointed by Governor Rick Scott to the Duval County Court bench in early January 2019 and served a two-year term as a county court judge. While a judge, she presided over several criminal jury trials and many more civil non-jury trials.

She has spent most of her career in the courtroom – on both sides of the bench – and she is excited to bring her litigation experience to the firm.

In her free time, Erin enjoys staying involved in the community and spending time with her family and friends.
